Hi everyone! I am Sheryl Powell, an entrepreneur and businesswoman at heart with twelve years’ experience as a business owner and over eight years of experience in full time real estate sales. I reside in the charming city of Canyon Lake enveloped by the exquisite Hill Country where I serve clients from Austin to San Antonio. As a native of Houston, Tx., where I developed a large client base and successful real estate business, I decided to take a leap of faith to follow my heart and pursue a twelve-year long dream to sell real estate in Austin, Tx. Upon fulfilling that dream while creating yet another successful real estate business, I discovered a love for the Hill Country and made Canyon Lake my forever home!

Over the last eight plus years, I have gained a wide range of knowledge as I learned the different types of markets in Houston, Austin, and the Hill Country through residential resale, new home construction sales, residential land sales, real estate investments and short-term rentals to name a few. I mostly specialized in first time home buyer and seller sales before moving to Austin where I began to develop a new niche in short-term rentals.

My passion for real estate shines brightest when I can go above and beyond to assist my clients in the sale of their home or purchase their dream home as I stay on top of today’s ever changing real estate market. I love every opportunity to

educate, encourage, and lead my clients through every step of the process with the utmost honesty and integrity. One of the best benefits of serving my clients is that they always seem to become part of my family and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

In addition to serving my clients, I thoroughly love giving back to the community and meeting specific needs of non-profit organizations in every capacity possible. I host the River Place Four Points Cruise In held once a month in Austin, Tx which benefits a different non-profit organization each month. Aside from real estate, giving back to the community and making a difference in the lives of others is my heartbeat. I have a passion to be involved in the community as much as possible.

When I am not serving my clients or community, I appreciate and treasure time with my kids, grandkids, friends, feeding the deer in my yard, photography, nature, and the great outdoors. There is never a dull moment in my life!
